Supports the efficiency of the company's logistics processes **ABOUT THE COMPANY:** A globally recognized specialist in the development and manufacturing of surgical prostheses and grafts. **JOB MISSION:** The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for executing and overseeing warehouse operational activities, ensuring accurate receipt, inspection, storage, control, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies. Works in accordance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, contributing to the efficiency of the company's logistics processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Receive and inspect materials, equipment, and supplies, verifying conformity with purchase orders and invoices according to established company norms and procedures. Store materials safely and systematically, following technical criteria and established standards. Promptly fulfill internal requisitions by picking and releasing materials as required by requesting departments. Record material issuances in the system, maintaining up-to-date inventory records. Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying replenishment needs based on minimum stock levels and supplier lead times. Prepare and update periodic inventory position reports to support the procurement team in purchasing decisions. **Additional Responsibilities:** Conduct physical inventories (rotating and periodic), analyze discrepancies, and propose improvements to inventory controls. Create and manage incoming batch records (ILN) in the system, maintaining complete documentation in compliance with QMS procedures. Record and monitor environmental data (temperature and humidity), ensuring adherence to storage standards and quality requirements. Complete and review documents, forms, and records required by the QMS, ensuring process compliance during internal and external audits. Identify deviations and non-conformities in processes and materials, proposing corrective actions and immediately reporting them to management. Support training and orientation of new employees and warehouse staff, promoting operational best practices and quality standards.
