With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate distribution operations, ensuring compliance with internal processes, service levels, and costs; identify service requirements; request carrier contracting for supply needs; and monitor negotiations, aiming to meet service level targets and reduce costs. Conduct monthly meetings with carriers covering topics to understand deviations, with the objective of customer satisfaction and delivery service levels. Develop and lead projects related to Secondary Transportation, including scope definition and approval, knowledge dissemination across the Logistics team, and proposing improvements and innovation through weekly and monthly results meetings, aiming to enhance service levels and reduce costs. Monitor and control area KPIs using management dashboards, freight controls, and internal systems, ensuring accurate information for decision-making and action plan execution.
