If it is important for you to work for a company that cares about its people and offers a pleasant work environment, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for the Group’s 27 units, coordinating internal teams and regional service providers. * Serve as the primary interface with unit focal points, filtering and prioritizing infrastructure-related requests. * Execute the Environmental Action Plan, meeting regulatory requirements and conditions. * Conduct periodic technical visits to regional units to inspect building standards, identify risks, assess maintenance needs, and gather renovation requirements. * Manage Facilities contracts (cleaning, security, air conditioning, equipment leasing), monitoring SLAs, delivery quality, and supplier performance. * Support the monitoring of small-scale construction projects and renovations, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and execution standards. * Develop and consolidate local suppliers within the Group’s operational regions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Production Engineering; or completed Technical Course in Building Construction; * Postgraduate specialization in Project Management or Facilities Management is a plus; * Experience in building maintenance management or construction projects; * Knowledge of building maintenance (electrical/hydraulic/civil); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to travel; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Additional Benefits** * Meal/Voucher Food Allowance * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Wellhub * Sem Parar Orienta and Mais Saúde * Discounts on products sold by the Group * University Partnership Program * Christmas Kit * Life Insurance **Submit your resume and launch your successful career!** **\#joinvalence** **Hello, we are Group Valence!** With 28 years of history, **Group Valence** stands out for representing successful brands across segments including **automobiles** and **motorcycles**, **agricultural machinery**, **construction equipment**, and equipment for **mining**.
