




**High-Value Account Executive** ========================================= **Responsibilities and duties** * Work in high-value condominiums, prospecting new customers for the sale of Claro products (fixed and mobile); * Monetize customers who already have any Claro product by offering the company's other services, especially mobile or upgrades to what they already have; * Retain and protect high-value condominium customers by providing a differentiated market experience; * Manage a pre-established portfolio of condominiums, being responsible for all sales, quality, and customer base indicators; * Maintain good relationships with the company's support, technical, and commercial areas; * Conduct on-call shifts at condominiums to increase sales and customer retention; * Provide emergency service to your portfolio of condominiums for any necessary corrections; * Carry out marketing actions within the condominium portfolio. **Requirements and qualifications** * Reside in or have easy access to Belo Horizonte; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Previous experience in sales, business management, and customer relationship is required; * Own vehicle and valid category B driver's license are mandatory. **Additional information** At **Claro, people are one of our core values.** With this mindset, we continuously invest in the health, well-being, and quality of life of our employees!
