




**Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** --------------------------------- * Work with high-value condominiums, prospecting new customers for Claro products (fixed-line and mobile); * Monetize existing Claro customers by offering the company’s full range of services—especially mobile—or enhancing their current offerings; * Retain and insulate high-value condominium customers by delivering a market-differentiating experience; * Manage a pre-established portfolio of condominiums, being fully accountable for all sales, quality, and customer base indicators; * Maintain strong relationships with internal support, technical, and commercial departments; * Conduct on-site shifts at condominiums to boost sales and strengthen customer loyalty; * Provide emergency support for your assigned condominium portfolio to resolve issues promptly; * Execute marketing initiatives across your condominium portfolio. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We’re looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
