We transform the future today. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a Commercial Intern to support daily operations in the sales department, contributing to process organization, CRM data updates, and proposal preparation support. * Support the preparation and submission of commercial proposals via CRM (HubSpot); * Assist in updating and progressing opportunities in the system; * Support the control and organization of business information; * Conduct internal information searches (credit, legal, administrative, and inventory); * Ensure accurate data entry into the CRM and flag pending items; * Support purchase order (PO) issuance; * Assist in updating budget spreadsheets; * Provide general support to the sales team and related departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields); Basic Excel proficiency; Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable (not mandatory); Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Willingness to learn and grow within the commercial area.
