Compensation and Benefits * **Compensation:** 100% commission-based (3.5% commission on your individual sales — (*excellent opportunity with the best market margin)* * **Meal Allowance:** BRL 15.00 per working day. * **Transportation Voucher:** Up to 4 trips per day. * **Holiday Work Assistance:** BRL 70.00 (paid via payroll) if you work on holidays. * **Special Bonus:** BRL 70.00 in Beauty Voucher (every 2 months) to refresh your look! **Work Schedule and Rotating Shifts** We seek flexibility and organization so that everyone can work well as a team.
