ONWARD TO 2154! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Hold alignment meetings with the team to communicate daily goals and tasks, as well as provide daily feedback to ensure high performance. * Plan, organize, and oversee all store activities—including store opening, purchasing, product display and presentation, store tidiness, customer and staff guidance, daily cash register closing, and final store closure—with the objective of attracting and retaining customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Retail commercial experience in footwear or other retail segments; * Experience in people management; * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours. **Additional Information** **Financial and Meal Benefits** Meal/Voucher Allowance – For greater autonomy, you may choose between the Meal Voucher for grocery purchases and preparing your own meals, or the Food Voucher for restaurants and snack bars.
