Opportunity for growth within an expanding brand **JOB – Store Assistant** **Location:** Bh Shopping / Pátio Savassi **Schedule:** To be defined (shopping mall shift schedule) We are looking for an organized, proactive, and agile **Store Assistant** to join our team. Primary responsibilities include ensuring the store is always well-organized, with products readily available and operations running with excellence, supporting the sales team and customer service as needed. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Store organization:** Maintain a clean and tidy space, including window displays, shelves, and product display areas. * **Product management:** Unpack goods, restock items, organize inventory, check expiration dates, and assist with stocktaking. * **Cashier operations:** Support sales registration, payment processing, and cash closing. * **Administrative support:** Answer phone calls, respond to e\-mails, and assist with registrations, exchanges, and orders. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Organization, proactivity, and agility * Strong communication skills and daily resilience * Availability to work on a shopping mall shift schedule * Prior experience in retail or store operations is desirable **Compensation:** * **Fixed salary:** R$1\.850 * Performance-based bonus * Transportation allowance **Opportunity:** * Collaborative and organized work environment * Continuous training and mentoring * Opportunity for growth within an expanding brand Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Payment: Starting from R$1\.850.00 per month Selection question(s): * Briefly describe your key strengths that will benefit the company. * What is your relationship with fashion and which brands do you prefer?
