We look forward to meeting dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do! **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and implement occupational safety policies aligned with company guidelines and current legislation; * Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and propose preventive and corrective measures; * Investigate work-related accidents and incidents, prepare technical reports, and suggest process improvements; * Coordinate safety training programs, train employees, and raise awareness about safe practices; * Monitor compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and internal safety standards. **Requirements and qualifications** * Minimum of 6 (six) months of relevant experience preferred; * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, with active professional registration; * National Driver's License (CNH), Category B, permanent. **Technical and behavioral competencies:** -------------------------------------------- * Proficiency in Regulatory Standards (NRs) and labor legislation applicable to occupational safety; * Knowledge of risk analysis, accident investigation, and implementation of preventive measures; * Ability to develop and execute emergency and contingency plans; * Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills; * Leadership profile, organizational ability, and teamwork orientation; * Analytical capability and problem-solving skills. **Additional information** **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone. **Pioneering Education in Brazil** This is the first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project in the education sector in the country.
