




Job Summary: A professional responsible for promoting and disseminating institutional information, strengthening relationships with partners, and managing fundraising initiatives in the third sector—including parliamentary amendments—and team management. Fundraising Advisor \- Promote and disseminate institutional information to partners, donors, and supporters, ensuring clear communication aligned with the institution’s values. • Strengthen relationships with individuals and legal entities, expanding the network of friends and enhancing institutional reputation. • Participate in third-sector fundraising events and activities, developing strategic plans with goals, indicators, and timelines. • Manage and update partner registries, monitor institutional visits, and prepare results reports. * Monitor key performance indicators, analyze impacts, and propose continuous improvements to fundraising initiatives. • Conduct fundraising for parliamentary amendments and oversee related processes. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Manage teams, work schedules, time banks, and performance, collaborating closely with other departments. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or Administration, with professional council registration and relevant work experience. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms. • Strong command of the Portuguese language (written and spoken), crisis management, ethical principles, and institutional image development and reinforcement. • Knowledge of results-oriented marketing strategies and interpersonal relationship management. * Basic understanding of SUS legislation, third-sector regulations, LGPD, compliance, and hand hygiene. • Postgraduate studies in Communication or Marketing and/or courses in Digital Marketing, Inbound Marketing, or related fields are desirable.
