Job Summary: Inhotim is seeking a Public Visitor Guide to welcome and guide visitors, safeguard the environment and heritage assets, and promote social inclusion. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the preservation of heritage assets Recognized as the largest open-air museum in Latin America, the Inhotim Institute — Botanical Garden and Museum of Contemporary Art — is looking for individuals to join its team as **Public Visitor Guides**. Located in Brumadinho (MG) since 2006, Inhotim is a nonprofit organization funded by ticket sales, event hosting, and donations from individuals and legal entities — either directly or through the Federal and State Cultural Incentive Laws. Its landscapes across 140 hectares of visitor-accessible area offer guests a unique experience that blends art and nature. More than 500 people collaborate daily to ensure this entire structure functions smoothly. Join our team too! **Responsibilities and Duties** **This person will be responsible for:** * Welcoming and guiding visiting guests, adhering to and ensuring compliance with pre\-defined operational protocols and safety procedures for guest reception; * Providing general information to guests regarding: internal venues, activities, exhibition and event schedules, and other related topics; * Ensuring the environment remains consistently pleasant for visitors; * Ensuring the preservation of heritage assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary; * Continuously learning during training sessions on the Institute’s collections; * Facilitating information exchange to support the social inclusion of colleagues with disabilities; * Performing other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Candidate Profile:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Prior experience in customer service is desirable; * Excellent interpersonal skills; * Strong verbal communication skills. **Additional Information** **About the Position:** * CLT employment regime; * Health insurance, dental insurance, transportation allowance, commuter pass, meal allowance, food card, culture voucher, life insurance; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. #### **Inhotim** Inhotim is a contemporary art museum and botanical garden located in Brumadinho (MG) since 2006\.
