**About the department:**
Act with diligence and professional excellence in interactions with employees at all hierarchical levels, ensuring confidentiality regarding all topics learned during duties and adhering to the Corporate Code of Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct occupational medical examinations as stipulated by regulatory standards and in compliance with the current PCMSO (Occupational Health Program), ensuring high-quality care, proper medical record documentation, and achievement of program goals;
* Support employees’ work-related health needs by advising on activity adjustments based on identified functional limitations, and proposing temporary or permanent job reassignments compatible with their health status, following best practices in occupational health;
* Provide general clinical consultations according to schedule, aiming for early diagnosis of health conditions; provide guidance and manage treatments within the scope of professional competence; monitor chronic conditions; encourage therapeutic adherence; and appropriately refer patients to specialists when required;
* Prepare, issue, and process medical certificates, reports, technical opinions, medical records, and other relevant documents, observing applicable ethical and legal principles;
* Receive, assess, and manage work-related accidents of any nature per current institutional protocols, collaborating closely with the Occupational Safety team;
* Monitor employees on health-related leave or receiving social security benefits, promoting recovery, rehabilitation, reintegration, and safe return-to-work as soon as possible;
* Promote health and prevent occupational diseases and accidents by developing or supporting health programs, campaigns, lectures, educational materials, and corporate health initiatives targeted at employees or specific groups;
* Support the Employee Health Care Program, following institutional protocols, regulations, procedures, and policies, and continuously proposing improvements to occupational health activities;
* Analyze absenteeism data, health indicators, satisfaction surveys, and other occupational health–related management information, proposing preventive and corrective actions aligned with regional realities and operational needs;
* Support regional offices and corporate management in complying with legal requirements and institutional guidelines concerning employee health and safety, providing technical input and strategic information when needed;
* Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for employee health and safety;
* Act with technical diligence, professional ethics, and rational use of available resources in fulfilling responsibilities;
* Support the Legal Management team upon request, respecting the boundaries of one’s area of expertise.
**We seek candidates who demonstrate:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Medicine.
* Specialization in Occupational Medicine is desirable.
* Proven professional experience in General Medicine and/or other specialties throughout one’s career as a physician.
* Proven professional experience in Occupational Health / Occupational Medicine within medium- and/or large-sized companies.
* Willingness to travel nationwide.

**Job Information:**
* Work Model: On-site;
* Work Location: Vespasiano\-MG and Belo Horizonte\-MG;
* Weekly Hours: 200 hours;
* Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
