Document nursing progress in the electronic system CLT Contagem / MG ##### **Description** Meet client needs by providing direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse; take over the shift at the scheduled time to monitor client progress and develop nursing care plans; attend to clients by delivering basic nursing care per nursing prescriptions and assisting physicians in nursing procedures; measure clients' vital signs; prepare materials for procedures; arrange transportation conditions for clients and refer them for examinations; administer the correct medication as prescribed by physicians; document nursing progress in the electronic system, among other routine tasks. ##### **Requirements** * Technical Nursing Course / Active COREN registration / Experience required in Internal Medicine. ** Position open to Persons with Disabilities (PCD) ** ##### **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance * Meals provided at the company * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Job Opening Date: 11/02/2026
