Engineering Company seeks a Junior Human Resources Management Analyst in Contagem. **Responsibilities:** Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and providing feedback to candidates. Contribute to initiatives of the Human Development and Organizational (HDO) area. Plan and deliver internal training programs. Assist in developing and monitoring Human Resources indicators and reports. Support the implementation and analysis of organizational climate, engagement, and satisfaction surveys. Verify data, documents, and information relevant to Human Resources processes. Produce reports and presentations for HR leadership. Develop and implement internal endomarketing and communication initiatives. Support onboarding processes for new employees. Maintain up-to-date HR records and systems. Provide support to employees regarding questions about internal policies and procedures. Assist in organizing internal events and organizational culture initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal Human Resources policies and procedures. Previous experience as a Junior Human Resources Assistant, Junior Human Development Analyst, Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst, or Junior Talent Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
