Job Summary: Supervise and control the entry and exit of people, direct visitors, guide the public regarding hospital regulations, and conduct patrols and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting institutional patrols CLT Contagem / MG ##### **Description** Supervise and control the entry and exit of people; receive, identify, and direct individuals to their desired location; open and close institutional facilities; guide the public regarding hospital regulations and access to facilities; take over the shift by reviewing critical information at the start of work; control visitor flow to wards, nursing units, and ICU during designated hours; use all department-established forms to ensure institutional security; serve internal and external customers in person or via telephone, providing information and guidance\-them; conduct institutional patrols at scheduled times; register and issue temporary ID badges to employees; report non-conformities to immediate supervisor; inform internal customers about visitor access to administrative departments, among other area routines. ##### **Requirements** * Completed high school education / Prior experience as a gate agent or in customer service required / Security or Guard training desirable. \*\* This position is open to persons with disabilities (PCD) \*\* ##### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meals provided at the workplace * Attendance bonus * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Job Posting Date: 12/01/2026
