Main Responsibilities: * Deliver personalized and consultative service, identifying each customer's needs * Present and demonstrate products, highlighting their unique features and benefits * Work toward individual and collective sales targets, striving for high sales performance * Proactively approach customers at the kiosk * Organize the display window and keep the kiosk clean and attractive at all times * Restock merchandise and perform basic inventory control * Operate the cash register, including opening and closing procedures when required * Support promotional activities and commercial campaigns Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.518,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
