Responsible for supervising, planning, and monitoring administrative and operational routines of the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Support Service (SADT), ensuring process organization, service quality, and excellence in patient care. Will manage and guide the administrative team, monitor performance indicators, control schedules, staffing rosters, departmental output, and quality-related processes, thereby ensuring proper departmental operation and seamless patient care delivery. Will also support clinical staff and healthcare teams, handle administrative requests, conduct output and indicator analyses, promote continuous process improvements, and ensure compliance with institutional standards. Additionally, will oversee equipment maintenance, resource management, and operational routine support—directly contributing to departmental efficiency, organization, and performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise administrative and operational routines of the department; * Monitor performance indicators, output, and quality processes; * Manage schedules, staffing rosters, timekeeping, and team sizing; * Support the clinical staff and ensure smooth patient care delivery; * Drive continuous improvement of processes and patient experience; * Monitor administrative requests, equipment maintenance, and departmental indicators; * Perform related duties as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Knowledge of Quality Management.
