Job Summary: Responsible for product sales, customer service, store and inventory organization, and cash register operations, in compliance with franchise policies. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on franchise excellence and results Sell brand products, offering them effectively and assisting customers to the best of your ability. Check store shelves for out-of-stock items and replenish inventory, placing products appropriately. Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and standardization. Provide customer service in the café and fondue area, as well as for ice cream, cakes, and other products available in the store. Operate the store cash register, performing opening and closing procedures as required. Organize product inventory by labeling boxes and storing them on shelves for easy location when needed, and conduct monthly inventory counts. Implement PEF policies, processes, and procedures related to: customer service, results, and performance, to ensure smooth operations and franchise excellence and results. Perform other related and inherent duties as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor.
