**Ensures that products (medicines, food, cosmetics, medical devices) and the company comply with sanitary legislation**. **Main responsibilities: Information must align with the job's DCC.** Management and updating of sanitary licenses, permits, and authorizations Monitoring of current legislation and assessment of its impact on the organization Liaison with regulatory agencies (Sanitary Surveillance, ANVISA, councils, etc.) Preparation and follow-up of regulatory processes Support for internal and external audits (VISA, accreditations, etc.) Regulatory documentation control (filing, validity, renewals) Support to internal departments regarding compliance with regulations Preparation of regulatory reports and indicators Monitoring of non-conformities and action plans CNES update.
