We are seeking a **Psychology Intern – Training & Development** to join our HR team located in the Cruzeiro neighborhood of Belo Horizonte. **Responsibilities:** Support the Training and Development department by contributing to the organization, execution, and monitoring of training initiatives. * Register and update training sessions in the internal system. * Monitor the implementation of training activities (attendance lists, evaluations, and indicators). * Assist in the organization and control of departmental documents and records. * Participate in conversation circles, group dynamics, and development initiatives. * Support the department during audits, ensuring compliance of records and evidence.
