Job Summary: The professional will manage pharmaceutical inventory, promote rational and safe medication use, participate in Pharmacovigilance programs, and conduct risk management. Participation in Pharmacovigilance programs * Support pharmaceutical inventory management, including medications, materials, emergency carts, and emergency kits, in accordance with internal procedures and current legislation, as well as ensuring safety stock levels to meet the demand of healthcare units; * Participate in the Pharmaceutical Assistance Program, promoting rational and safe medication use in accordance with internal procedures and current legislation, aiming to ensure quality and safety in patient care, as well as monitoring and controlling costs to achieve defined targets; * Participate in the Institution's Pharmacovigilance Program, recording ADRs (Adverse Drug Reactions), technical complaints, and mandatory notifications to ANVISA, aiming to enhance patient safety; * Conduct risk management for the Unit, monitoring and ensuring medication safety for patients in accordance with internal procedures, current legislation, and the Institution's defined quality standards; * Support the physical inventory count of controlled medications in pharmacies, emergency kits, and emergency carts, in accordance with internal procedures, current legislation, and scheduled timelines for monthly submission to the Municipal Health Surveillance Secretariat; * Provide technical support to clinical departments by training and guiding staff on relevant processes, addressing identified needs and adhering to internal procedures, aiming to guarantee service standards and safety for both patients and the Institution.
