Drive continuous improvement of workflow processes Position: Operational Manager – Occupational Medicine **AAS Med – Occupational Medicine** is seeking an **Operational Manager** to organize, lead, and control the clinic’s operational routines, ensuring process efficiency and high-quality service delivery to clients. ✅ Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the clinic's operational routines; * Manage administrative and technical teams; * Monitor appointments, patient visits, and deadlines; * Ensure compliance with occupational medical examination procedures, ASO (Occupational Health Certificate), and PCMSO (Occupational Health Program); * Drive continuous improvement of workflow processes; * Support senior management in operational decision-making. ✅ Requirements: * Prior experience in **occupational health or occupational medicine** is preferred; * Knowledge of **PCMSO and ASO** is a plus; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and leadership qualities; * Experience in **team management and operational routine coordination**; * Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility.
