Job Summary: This role involves supporting the planning and execution of internal training programs, assisting with CIPA activities, and contributing to the development of Occupational Health and Safety documents. Key Highlights: 1. Support in planning and executing internal training programs 2. Assistance with CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee) activities and NR-5 compliance 3. Contribution to the development of Occupational Health and Safety documents **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal training programs, contributing to employee development and ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements; * Assist with activities related to the **CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee)**, including document organization, recordkeeping, and support for processes stipulated in **NR-5**; * Contribute to the development, review, and control of technical and administrative documents related to Occupational Health and Safety; * Provide support during occasional external visits for client service, participation in meetings, audits, and follow-up of corrective actions, as directed by the technical team. **Requirements:** * Completed or near-completion of a Technical Course in Occupational Health and Safety; * Experience or participation in internal training programs or educational initiatives in Occupational Health and Safety; * Strong communication, organizational, and proactive skills; * Basic knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in Occupational Health and Safety or Occupational Medicine companies; * Knowledge of or familiarity with the **SOC** system. **Employment Type:** CLT – Permanent **Compensation:** R$ 2.003,00 per month **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance **Selection Questions:** * Do you hold a Technical Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (completed or in progress)? * Have you participated in or delivered Occupational Health and Safety training programs?
