This opportunity is ideal for organized professionals who pay close attention to detail and possess an analytical mindset, and who wish to work in a dynamic, structured, and culture-focused environment. **Job Mission** Ensure efficient store inventory control, guaranteeing information accuracy, correct recording of movements, and support for operational routines, thereby contributing to the unit’s smooth operation. **Main Responsibilities** * Enter product purchase invoices into the system; * Verify data, quantities, and values of received goods; * Accurately record inventory deductions (sales, transfers, losses, and inventory adjustments); * Maintain organized, labeled, and up-to-date inventory, ensuring information integrity; * Support periodic inventory counts and internal audits; * Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, reporting inconsistencies to store management; * Assist in organizing and standardizing inventory control processes. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in administrative, logistics, or related fields preferred); * Basic computer skills; * Basic Excel proficiency (spreadsheets, filters, simple formulas, and data organization); * Organization, attention to detail, responsibility, and ease working with numbers and systems; * Availability to work in a shopping mall environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or retail; * Familiarity with management systems (ERP); * Experience conducting physical inventory counts. **Job Details** **Salary: R$2\.000 \+ Benefits** * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 24.00 per day; * **Transportation Voucher;** * **Health and Dental Insurance** (for employees with over 1 year of service). **If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy contributing to the smooth operation of a store within a cultural environment, this position may be right for you!** **Apply now and join the Leitura Bookstore team at Shopping Paragem.** Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Screening Questions: * 1\.
