Water Services and Technologies has a highly specialized and motivated team dedicated to delivering practical and cost-effective solutions involving groundwater and surface water, hydrogeochemistry, hydrogeotechnics, technology, and environmental data management. We are seeking a motivated intern to join our hydrogeology team. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in project planning, monitoring, and closure, developing practical competencies in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Your responsibilities Support the Project Coordinator in planning, updating, and monitoring project schedules, ensuring tracking of deliverables and milestones. Assist in controlling and monitoring project performance indicators, including deadlines, costs, and activity status. Support risk, pending item, and deviation tracking across projects, contributing to the update of action and mitigation plans. Facilitate progress meetings by preparing minutes, recording decisions, and tracking agreed-upon actions with teams. Assist in updating and organizing project and portfolio management tools, including Planner, SharePoint, and internal controls. Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes. Support consolidation and analysis of project data. Provide administrative and operational support for projects, promoting cross-departmental integration. Profile we seek Student in Administration, Engineering, or IT Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication Proactivity and eagerness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Advantages Knowledge of agile or waterfall methodologies Intermediate English proficiency On-site position in Belo Horizonte (Serra neighborhood) Internship duration: 4 to 6 hours per day \- 20/30 hours per week
