Job Summary: The Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor plans, organizes, and supervises compounding activities, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), applicable regulations, and established quality standards, while also managing the team. Ensure quality and traceability of compounded products Description: The Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all activities within the compounding department, ensuring compliance with Good Compounding Practices (GCP), current legislation, and quality standards established by Pharmédice. This role involves team management to ensure productivity, safety, efficiency, and technical compliance across all processes. Responsibilities and Duties * Coordinate production department operations, ensuring accurate formulation compounding according to prescriptions and legal requirements. * Develop, review, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Supervise and guide pharmacists and support staff, promoting continuous training. * Ensure traceability and quality of compounded products. * Monitor performance indicators and implement process improvements. * Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies in coordination with the procurement department. * Validate and sign off on formulations and technical documentation. * Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure compliance with internal and external audits. * Maintain safety, organization, and cleanliness of the production area. Requirements and Qualifications * Pharmacy degree with an active CRF registration. * Prior experience in coordinating or supervising production in a compounding pharmacy. * Knowledge of Good Compounding Practices (GCP) and applicable health regulations. * Skills in team leadership and process management. * Organizational ability, technical responsibility, and attention to detail. * Postgraduate degree in Production Management, Quality, or related fields. * Experience implementing performance indicators (KPIs). * Proficiency in management systems designed for compounding pharmacies. 2512150202201864209
