At Dr. Hair, you will play an essential role in our clients’ journey toward care, well-being, and self-esteem. We are seeking an Aesthetician to join our in-person team, focusing on delivering aesthetic and therapeutic treatments using LED therapy, adhering to technical protocols, excellence standards, and humanized care. **Your main responsibilities** Perform aesthetic treatments using LED therapy according to the clinic’s protocols. Prepare patients for procedures, providing guidance on pre- and post-treatment care. Monitor patient progress and record information in medical records. Maintain organization of treatment rooms, sanitize equipment, and follow biosafety routines. Collaborate with technical, commercial, and customer service teams to enhance the client experience. Assist in implementing and continuously improving the clinic’s aesthetic protocols. Participate in internal training sessions and technical updates. Requirements: **Mandatory** Technical or higher education degree relevant to the field of Aesthetics. Prior experience conducting in-person aesthetic treatments. Knowledge of LED therapy and biosafety routines. Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and patient-centered care. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to protocols. Availability for in-person work during business hours. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with hair treatments and scalp-focused aesthetics. Experience working in aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, or hair health clinics. Experience managing recurring patients and continuous protocol follow-up. Ability to thrive in a commercially integrated environment alongside the customer service team. Comfort participating in institutional and marketing initiatives of the clinic.
