If you are committed, pursue continuous improvement, and wish to join an organization bearing the responsibility of being essential to life, this may be your place. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform clinical screening and physical examinations of blood donation candidates. * Manage complications and adverse reactions, following clinical care protocols. * Perform procedures such as plasmapheresis, platelet apheresis, and photopheresis. * Conduct cell collection and infusion, and support hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), ensuring safety and traceability. * Record information in systems and ensure data quality. * Administer medications and manage supplies (batch number, expiration date, and inventory). * Support outpatient services and donor care during blood collection. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing with active professional registration. * Catheter handling experience. * Experience in therapeutic procedures. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * 44-hour weekly schedule: Monday to Saturday. * Benefits: Meal Allowance (R$22.00 per day), Transportation Allowance / Fuel Allowance, Unimed Health Plan, Dental Plan, Life Insurance, Telemedicine (MediQuo psychological support). **Join us.
