DAY SHIFT PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Description

Job Summary: Assist in the preparation, production, packaging, and organization of cookies, following hygiene and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in all stages of cookie production 2. Maintenance of workplace cleanliness and organization 3. Adherence to good manufacturing practices and safety WORK SCHEDULE: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; MUST RESIDE NEAR THE CHACARA CAMPESTRE NEIGHBORHOOD, CONTAGEM (MG) Assist in the preparation and segregation of raw materials for production. * Feed machines and equipment with ingredients and packaging materials. * Perform assembly, weighing, packaging, and storage of products. * Conduct visual inspection of cookies to identify potential manufacturing defects. * Organize and maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and utensils. * Assist in handling and storage of finished products. * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and occupational safety regulations. * Support other production activities as directed by supervision.
