**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for customer service at physical branches or via telephone, assisting customers with branch-related processes (e.g., clarifying questions about products and services, account information, cash services, updating registration data, ATM usage, etc.), as well as offering and clarifying doubts regarding the Institution’s products and services; additionally, providing managerial support in prospecting new customers and negotiating products and services—contributing to achieving established goals and business results. **Requirements:** * Minimum Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in: Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * Knowledge of financial products and services. * Commercial experience and familiarity with sales techniques. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). * Basic understanding of financial institutions and credit cooperatives. * ANBIMA certification (CPA, CProR, CProI) currently valid is a plus. **Benefits:** At Sicoob Divicred, we believe that valued people build extraordinary results.
