




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and organizing the restaurant dining area, restocking supplies, and organizing beverage inventory, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and good practices. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant dining area 2. Organizing and restocking cleaning and hygiene supplies 3. Organizing and replenishing beverage stock **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant dining area, ensuring all areas are sanitized in accordance with health surveillance regulations for customer reception; * Responsible for organizing cleaning supplies and refilling soap dispensers, hand sanitizer gel, paper towels, and toilet paper in all locations where these items are used; * Responsible for cleaning and organizing dining tables; * Responsible for polishing and storing cutlery and glassware; * Responsible for organizing non-alcoholic beverage and distilled spirits inventory; * Responsible for sorting and delivering beverages and fruits to be used by the bar team during their shift; * Responsible for replacing draft beer kegs and soda bags; * Follow the good practices manual. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; * Must be at least 18 years old.
