We are seeking a **Building Maintenance Technician** to work at our unit located in the Barro Preto neighborhood. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance routines, including plumbing, electrical, masonry, carpentry, painting, and other activities relevant to the role. **Work Schedule:** 12x36 Employment Type: Permanent CLT Experience: * General mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services.
