**Responsibilities and duties**
Prepare surgical material quotations via email and platforms (Opmenexo, Inpart, EMS Ventura, Unidas Portal, Geap, among others);
Analyze and verify post-surgical documentation, ensuring compliance for billing;
Process billing for elective and emergency surgeries;
Interface with hospitals, health insurers, and internal teams, ensuring alignment of requirements;
Contribute to organizing and improving operational workflows within the area.
**Requirements and qualifications**
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree;
Prior experience with OPME (mandatory);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Knowledge of billing routines and hospital processes;
Familiarity with Electrophysiology, Cardiovascular, and Spine specialties is a plus;
