Autonomous work with technical consistency Position: Accounting Analyst Location: CONTAGEM We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to focus on generating value for clients, ECD, ECF, and comprehensive accounting routines. Main Responsibilities: * Manual and automated accounting entries (bank statement and file imports); * Classification and reconciliation of accounting accounts including bank accounts, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, taxes, and other balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Provision control and accrual accounting (expenses, revenues, charges, etc.); * Analysis of accounting balances and identification of inconsistencies; * Preparation of trial balances and financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement); * Calculation and submission of ECD and ECF, validated in the SPED environment; * Submission of ancillary obligations such as DCTF, EFD\-Reinf, EFD\-Contribuições, DIRF, among others; * Integration and verification of information across tax, accounting, and payroll modules; * Support for internal and external audits; * Maintenance of fiscal and accounting compliance for assigned companies. Mandatory Requirements: * Prior experience in accounting firms or corporate environments; * Proven experience with ECD, ECF, and ancillary obligations; * Practical knowledge of Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real. Desirable Qualifications: * Experience with Domínio software; * LALUR calculation; * Completed degree in Accounting Sciences and active CRC registration; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced). Job Information: * Employment type: CLT * Work model: Hybrid (1–2 days per week remote) * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM, Monday through Friday. * Compensation: BRL 3\.400 to 4\.000 (based on expertise) \+ birthday day off \+ transportation allowance or fuel benefit (6% not deducted), meal allowance: BRL 25.00 per day (including remote work days), health plan: Unimed (co-payment, effective after probation period), dental plan, and life insurance.
