Develop customer service and organizational skills. **WAITER/WAITRESS** **Salary**: R$ 1\.875 \+ commission (total average between R$ 2\.800 and R$ 3\.000\) **Work Schedule**: 5 days on / 2 days off * Days off: Monday and Sunday * If working on Sunday, days off are Monday and Tuesday **Working Hours**: Day Shift * Tuesday and Wednesday: 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM * Thursday: 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM (meeting day) * Friday: 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM * Saturday: 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM * Sunday: 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM Friday and Saturday include a 2-hour break (from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM) Night Shift Tuesday: 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM • Wednesday and Thursday: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM • Friday and Saturday: 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM • Sunday: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Friday and Saturday include a 2-hour break **Benefits**: * iFood Benefits * Transportation allowance * On-site meals * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Growth opportunities * Night shift differential for night positions **Main Responsibilities**: * Friendly and efficient customer service * Entering orders into the system * Opening and closing iFood * Taking and serving food and beverage orders * Organizing and cleaning tables * Assisting with setup and breakdown of the dining area * Supporting the kitchen and bar as needed * Adhering to hygiene and service standards **Requirements**: * Experience as a waiter/waitress (preferred) * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Agility, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team * Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications**: * Experience with order management systems / iFood * Background in restaurants, bars, or events * Basic knowledge of beverages and wines * Training in customer service or hospitality Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.875,00 \- R$3\.584,83 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
