Job Summary: The Child Monitor supervises, entertains, and ensures the safety of children in the gym's kids' area, providing a welcoming and recreational environment. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for supervising and entertaining children in the kids' area 2. Planning and conducting recreational and playful activities 3. Ensuring the safety and well-being of children Position: Child Monitor **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM / 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM\. The Child Monitor will be responsible for supervising, entertaining, and ensuring the safety of children in the gym's kids' area, providing a welcoming, safe, and recreational environment while guardians use the facility's services. Main Responsibilities * Greeting and accompanying children in the kids' area * Planning and conducting recreational and playful activities * Ensuring children's safety and well-being during their stay * Maintaining organization and cleanliness of toys and the kids' area * Informing guardians of any relevant situations involving the child * Managing children's entry and exit according to gym regulations * Following company safety protocols and guidelines * ✅ Requirements * Completed high school education (a college degree or ongoing studies in Pedagogy, Physical Education, or related fields is preferred) * Prior experience working with children is a plus * Comfort working with young children * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Fuel allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience as a child monitor?
