The professional will be responsible for ensuring smooth dining room operations, total customer satisfaction, and technical coordination of the service team. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Supervise, coordinate, and motivate the dining room team (waiters and servers), maintaining the establishment’s service standards. * Handle guest reception, reservation management, and table flow organization according to occupancy. * Promptly and courteously mediate and resolve requests or complaints. * Coordinate communication between kitchen and dining room to ensure synchronization and quality in order delivery. * Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and dining room organization standards. * Train new staff and provide continuous team supervision. * Maintain high personal presentation standards for the team and foster a productive work environment. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Maître or in leadership roles within mid- to high-end restaurants. * Excellent verbal communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to lead operational teams. * Capacity to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts. * **Full availability for a 12x36 shift schedule, from 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM.** * Proactive, organized, and hospitality-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical knowledge of **wines and food pairing**. * Experience in sophisticated gastronomic environments. * Proficiency in electronic order systems and restaurant management software. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 2,000.00 + attractive commission. * **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Health Insurance, and Dental Insurance (per union regulations). **Schedule and Work Hours:** * **Shift Schedule:** 12x36 (one day worked, one day off). * **Working Hours:** From 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM. * **Work Model:** On-site.
