Monitoring organizational climate and conflict resolution Human Resources Analyst Position Description We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join our company. The professional will assist in HR-related activities, with emphasis on recruitment and selection and HOD (Human and Organizational Development). Responsibilities * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for new employees * Assist in developing training and development programs * Support monitoring of organizational climate and conflict resolution * Administer organizational climate surveys * Plan and implement IDPs * Resume statistics and screening Requirements * Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience in Human Resources and HOD * Knowledge of recruitment and selection and HOD processes * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of labor legislation
