Transform the insurance industry with us! **What you’ll do daily:** * Conduct 100% inside sales of auto insurance via WhatsApp, phone, and social media; * Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and diagnosis through negotiation to deal closure; * Organize your pipeline in the CRM and keep your goals under control; * Maintain a routine of follow\-ups and opportunity tracking; * Use the Insurance Sales Platform and integrated customer service systems; **Skills and knowledge required:** * High school diploma; * Experience in commercial roles, preferably at insurance or vehicle protection companies—or with digital products; * Basic knowledge of digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, e\-mail, WhatsApp Business, etc.); * Goal-driven mindset and results orientation; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * Experience in dynamic environments (startups, fintechs, insurtechs, etc.) **Additional Information:** * Reside in or have easy access to the North Region of Belo Horizonte (near Pampulha); * Availability to commute to Seguro do Seu Carro’s business unit (Pampulha Region – BH); * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours; * High-performance culture with accelerated growth. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary \+ Base salary \+ Variable: Performance-based variable earnings. * Bonus for goal achievement and special awards. * Full infrastructure: CRM \+ Phone \+ WhatsApp \+ Loovi Platform.
