We are seeking a professional to serve as an assistant, supporting daily activities, substituting for the lead educator whenever necessary, and participating fully in all processes proposed by the institution.
**Requirements:**
* Ongoing undergraduate degree in **Pedagogy**, from the **3rd semester** onward
* **English** at **intermediate/advanced** level
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
**Responsibilities:**
* Occasionally substitute for lead educators, ensuring continuity of scheduled activities while respecting institutional timetables and curriculum;
* Attend to and support parents, students, colleagues, and other institutional staff in accordance with role-specific duties;
* Assist with student reception and dismissal at the beginning and end of activities—or at alternative times when required;
* Support students with basic organizational and hygiene tasks, guiding\-them on appropriate use of available spaces and materials;
* Observe behaviors and attitudes, encouraging conduct aligned with institutional policies and reporting relevant situations to the responsible team;
* Receive visitors, family members, and guests during institutional events and special occasions;
* Contribute to creating an environment that fosters cooperation, mutual respect, organization, and collaborative problem-solving;
* Accompany students during external activities such as field trips and other initiatives held at partner locations;
* Support the organization and execution of institutional events, ensuring smooth operations and participant support;
* Interact with the public courteously and professionally, providing clear and attentive information;
* Carry out tasks per instructions from the immediate supervisor, adhering to institutional policies and standards;
* Maintain care of materials, equipment, and facilities used, requesting maintenance or replacements when needed;
* Comply with all applicable occupational health and safety regulations;
* Support leadership in identifying improvements, offering suggestions and actively participating in problem resolution.
