Manage inventory and perform mise en place Job Description: Bartender**Job Summary** We are looking for a dynamic and creative Bartender to join our team. You will be the face of our bar counter, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through the preparation of classic and original cocktails, while maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment. **Key Responsibilities** * **Preparation and Service:** Prepare cocktails, drinks, coffee, and soft drinks according to the establishment's technical specifications. * **Inventory Management:** Perform *mise en place* (preparation of syrups, infusions, and garnishes) and monitor ingredient expiration dates and restocking. * **Organization:** Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the workstation, glasses, and utensils, adhering to health surveillance regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months/years in bars, restaurants, or hotels. * **Soft Skills:** Efficiency and organization * **Availability:** From 08:00 to 17:00, Wednesday through Sunday * **Residence:** Must reside in Betim. **What We Offer** Benefits: VT (transportation voucher), life insurance, productivity bonus, Unimed health assistance, dental assistance, life insurance, Mondays and Tuesdays off, birthday day off, one Sunday off per month, on-site meals, restaurant discount, birthday day off Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.900,00 - R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
