We have an opening on the Jacui Bakery and Confectionery team. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive counter attendant to join our team. This professional will be responsible for: **1. Customer Service** - Greet customers courteously. - Assist customers in selecting breads, sweets, cakes, cold cuts, and other products. - Clarify questions regarding ingredients, prices, and promotions. - Register orders and process sales at the counter. **2. Product Handling and Display** - Slice cold cuts (when applicable). - Package breads, sweets, and other items as needed. - Restock the counter with daily products, maintaining an attractive presentation. - Ensure proper product rotation (first in, first out). **3. Hygiene and Organization** - Clean counters, display cases, and utensils used during service. - Keep the work area organized and sanitized. - Follow food safety and food handling regulations. **4. Basic Inventory Control** - Check for missing products at the counter. - Notify the production team or inventory supervisor. - Assist with receiving and verifying goods, in some bakeries. **5. Special Order Handling** - Prepare special orders (e.g., custom cakes, breakfast kits) upon request. - Select and pack items for delivery or pickup.
