JOB: STORE MANAGER (Supermarket) We seek an experienced leader with a systemic vision and results-oriented focus to manage all operations of our store, ensuring excellence in customer service, organization, and people management. Main Responsibilities You will be the primary person responsible for the store, managing three core pillars: **Operations and Quality Management (Store Floor):** * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and quality standards across all departments (Butcher Shop, Bakery, Checkout Area, and Restocking). * Monitor correct pricing, shelf replenishment, and display of promotional flyers. * Supervise merchandise receiving and inventory verification; **Leadership and People Management:** * Lead, guide, and motivate the entire team, fostering an environment of respect and order. * Conduct monthly departmental meetings to communicate routines and gather ideas. * Carry out recruitment (technical interviews), performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. * Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, and proper shift handovers. **Results and Customer Management:** * Analyze sales, inventory, and ordering reports to optimize product procurement. * Monitor the Loss Prevention department to implement corrective actions. * Handle customer service to resolve inquiries, complaints, and complex returns. **Essential Requirements** * Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Store Manager. * Education: Completed High School (minimum). * Knowledge: Supermarket operations, logistics, inventory control, and computer literacy. * Willingness to relocate. **Benefits:** * Housing Allowance. * Fuel Allowance. * Health Insurance Plan. * Dental Insurance Plan. * Life Insurance. * University Partnerships.
