Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational positions and support administrative openings, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, contacting candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback; * Administer and evaluate psychological assessments for candidates; * Manage communication with selected candidates following their approval in the selection process; * Support the development of HR performance indicators; * Assist in employee performance management processes; * Support the company’s organizational climate survey process; * Ensure implementation of the new employee mentoring program; * Generate vacancy tracking reports for management; * Support activities relevant to the HR department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in Recruitment and Selection; * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$ 2\.283,16 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Meal allowance; * Fuel assistance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Group life insurance; * University partnership discounts; * Salary advance; * Transportation allowance.
