About the position We are seeking a **Production Supervisor** to lead teams at our production center, ensuring process efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling production, pursuing continuous optimization and achievement of productivity targets. Responsibilities · Follow instructions from Production Planning and Control (PPC) · Supervise proper handling of foundry equipment · Ensure compliance with internal standards and customer procedures · Perform and ensure correct execution of alloy analysis processes · Calculate and apply alloy corrections to meet customers’ technical specifications · Monitor loading and release of molten aluminum according to schedule · Guarantee correct chemical composition of raw materials for alloy production · Supervise the entire molten aluminum production process · Monitor receipt and loading of raw materials · Inform operators about raw materials to be used · Verify whether cast ingots comply with customer standards · Ensure all operational equipment functions properly · Initiate maintenance via Service Order (SO) in case of failures or breakdowns · Coordinate and control shift team members’ activities · Verify proper operation of measuring equipment · Ensure achievement of production planning targets and deadlines · Coordinate and manage employees’ vacation schedules · Complete HR-specific forms for personnel management · Supervise, train, and ensure training for new employees and those changing roles * · Conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS) and ensure the entire team complies with internal safety procedures Requirements and qualifications * **Bachelor’s degree** in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in production management or team supervision. * Proficiency in KPIs. Responsibilities and duties * **15% increase in operational efficiency** (OEE) within the first 12 months. * **20% reduction in mean time to repair (MTTR)** for critical equipment. * 10% reduction in raw material waste cost. * Improvement in ISO compliance rate to 95% of products. * Direct impact on customer satisfaction through on-time delivery.
