




Job Summary: The Operational Compliance Analyst ensures compliance and process optimization across a restaurant chain, preventing losses and mitigating risks to enhance efficiency and profitability. The Operational Compliance Analyst directly supports the restaurant chain’s operations, ensuring that processes comply with internal standards, operational best practices, and safety, quality, and control requirements. This role is essential for loss prevention, waste reduction, mitigation of operational risks, and protection of company assets, thereby contributing to unit efficiency and profitability. **Key Responsibilities** * Proactively identify operational risks, waste, internal and external theft, and process non-conformities across units. * Monitor operational routines and sensitive areas (inventory, cold rooms, goods receiving, and restricted areas). * Support implementation and maintenance of internal controls related to purchasing, receiving, storage, production, and sales. * Contribute to inventory management of supplies and food items, supporting cyclical inventories, shelf-life control, and application of the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) method. * Identify operational failures that may cause losses, breakages, or food safety risks. * Support internal audits and compliance visits at units, organizing evidence and tracking corrective action plans. * Assist in preparing operational reports, incident records, and loss and compliance indicators. * Collaborate with unit managers, operational teams, and corporate departments to promote a compliance culture and best practices. * Support adherence to internal policies, code of conduct, operational procedures, and safety and quality guidelines. **Key Risks and Controls Monitored** * Food and supply waste * Losses due to expiration, improper storage, or incorrect handling * Internal and external theft * Operational breakdowns and process failures * Administrative errors in purchasing, receiving, and inventory control **Requirements** * Completed high school education (undergraduate studies in progress preferred). * Interest in operational compliance, internal controls, and restaurant operations. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility. * Ethical conduct and commitment to rules and procedures. **Benefits** * Position with fixed salary and commission * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher * Medical assistance (company covers 50% of monthly premium for employee) * Dental assistance (no cost to employee) * Partnership with SESC and Estácio University * Life insurance (no cost to employee) * On-site meals**.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Work Location: On-site
