Guided by these objectives, METROPAX’s Administrative Department is seeking energetic individuals to become part of enchanting stories. * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational positions; * + Post job openings on recruitment and selection platforms and other locations designated by department management; + Screen resumes and, when necessary, proactively search for candidates matching open positions; + Schedule interviews with candidates and their immediate supervisors; + Administer and grade psychological tests and + subject-specific knowledge tests; + Fill out indicator control spreadsheets; + Provide feedback (positive or thank-you) to candidates who participated in selection processes; + Support internal training and event-related requests; + Assist in updating information on the digital recruitment platform. * **Education:** Currently pursuing Psychology or Human Resources Management * **Experience:** Not required Desirable: Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, Internet, Windows).
