Then check out below the internship opportunity we have for you!** **\#JOINMERCANTIL** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges will be:** * Assisting in the review and formatting of internal regulations and procedural manuals; * Preparing departmental reports and managing information in spreadsheets; * Supporting the verification of internal regulations to ensure they remain up-to-date and aligned with financial sector laws and regulations; * Assisting in organizing and routing messages received by the Compliance team, helping clarify and respond to questions and needs from other departments; * Collaborating on process improvement and automation initiatives for departmental routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for:** * Undergraduate students currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Availability to complete the full 2-year Internship Program; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day (morning or afternoon shift). **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Interest in or basic knowledge of process management; * Interest in or basic knowledge of risk management and internal controls; * Prior experience (professional or academic) in organizational, planning, or administrative activities. **Work Location:** **Belo Horizonte/MG (hybrid work arrangement);** **Additional Information** **What we offer interns:** * Internship stipend of R$2,363.26, increasing to R$2,588.72 after 90 days; * Transportation allowance—no deduction from the stipend; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Life insurance—no deduction from the stipend; * Mercantil Academy of Development All positions are also open to candidates with disabilities (PCDs).
