Direct support to leadership for continuous improvement The company is seeking an HR Manager in Belo Horizonte. **Responsibilities:** Development and management of the HR team (approx. 10–15 people). Recruitment \& Selection with emphasis on speed and quality. Organization and standardization of People Management (DHO) processes. Design and implementation of Training and Development initiatives. Execution of Occupational Health and Safety (SESMT) routines. Direct support to leadership focused on continuous improvement and results. Previous roles such as HR Coordinator, HR Director, Talent Manager, or Human Development Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
